Appears in the courts to assist and reprezent the client - Barrister

Can collaborate with a firm to help settle legal matters - Legal adviser

Advices on legalizing and drafting agreements, bussiness documents, contracts, official documents or other documents used by companies or individual persons

Appears in the courts to assist defendants who would otherswise be unrepresented - Duty solicitor
The Romanian lawyer is member of the following associations:
Romanian Lawyer Association (Uniunea Nationala a Barourilor din Romania)
The Bar (Barou)
A contract is signed between the lawyer and the client and it contains some details of the case, the general clauses, the lawyer fee and the payment details, special clauses and miscellaneus information regarding the collaboration. The contract establishes the collaboration framework and describes the lawyer-client interraction. The lawyer-client collaboration procedure follows some general steps and guidelines but can have some particular procedural activities and specifications, agreed at the preliminary contacts between the lawyer and the client.
